Girls selling food at Ayos

A bit more shopping before we head off back to Abong Mbang. We stop off in Ayos for lunch. Girls with snacks for sale come to our bus. I can remember my sister many years ago doing ballet lessons and having to carry a pile of books on her head to improve her posture. In Cameroon it is totally normal. I can remember when Lekeweh was in England when 7 Baka musicians joined Baka Beyond for a tour, she had her hands full when needing to open a door. Without thinking she put a carton of milk on her head, opened the door and walked through. Too late for me to learn to do that!

We spent the night at Leonard's house again in Abong Mbang ready to travel to Mintom the next day.
